Help Raise Awareness - #Blogging4Madeleine

One of the most horrible experiences any parent could endure is having their child go missing. The pain and fear must be completely unbearable. The not knowing where they are, who they are with or whether you will ever see them again purely devastating.

Today, 12th May 2012, is the 9th birthday of Madeleine McCann. Still unfound Madeleine went missing whilst on holiday with her family in Prais da Luz, Portugal on 3rd May 2007.

Police have released this image of what she may look like now:

The #Blogging4Madeleine campaign is trying to raise awareness that Madeleine is still missing and to help to find and reuite her with her family. I know as a parent that if one of my children went missing I would want everyone to do everything possible to get my child home to me and I hope with posts like this we can get Madeleine back home.

If you know anything about her disappearance plesae come forward and report any information or sightings to:
  • Your local police force AND
  • Operation Grange 0207 321 9251 (in the UK) +44 207 321 9251 (non-UK)
  • Or Operation.Grange@met.pnn.police.uk
  • Or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555111
  • Or visit www.crimestoppers-uk.org
