Mini Mess #3

TheMiniMesandMe

Mini Mess is a weekly Wednesday link up where you can share all the fun you have had with kids involving mess! That could be cakes and bakes, paddling pool fun, fun with sand and mud or some lovely crafts. I hope you will add your links below to inspire other parents on how to keep the kids happy and busy this summer.

Bug egg box craft

I guess you could call this up-cycling or junk craft as it's creating little masterpieces out of your rubbish. It was however fun and kept the kids in the shades for a little while. It's inexpensive which is always a bonus too!

What you need

Egg boxes
Pipe cleaners
Pens/Paint
Googly eyes
Glue

I don't think I need to write a method as the pictures are self explanatory really. You just use the boxes as bodies, use the pipe cleaners as legs by threading them through the boxes and create some super cute little bugs!

We made a caterpillar and ant. Any name suggestions?

You can link up your own Mini Mess below!

If you fancy grabbing the badge highlight and press CTRL and C then paste as usual into your own post. <a href="http://www.theminimesandme.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1269.photobucket.com/albums/jj600/TheMiniMesandMe/pizap.jpg" alt="TheMiniMesandMe" width="90" height="110" /></a>
