Meal Planning Monday

We really enjoyed some warming wintry meals last week and the slow cooked chilli was delicious with the Heinz FIVE Beanz in it! After looking at the forecast this week we have another wet and windy one ahead so I've decided to use the slow cooker even more so... every day, with some new dishes I've not attempted before!

I'll add the recipes over the next few Sundays if anyone sees something they fancy.

Lamb stew and dumplings
One-pot chicken couscous
Prawn Pilau
Sausage and tomato pasta bake
Spaghetti bolognese
Sweet potato and spinach bake
Sausage and bean one-pot

Have you cooked anything nice in the slow cooker recently?

I'm linking this over with At Home With Mrs M.

  5. I have not used my slow cooker in ages, think the last thing I did in it was pulled pork.

  9. Lovely meal plan. I love my slow cooker! I recently used it to make a Spanish Omelette, I know it sounds wrong in the slow cooker but it was fab! Put it on overnight so it was ready for breakfast.

  10. Mmmm - lovely dinners. I like the sound of the chicken and cous cous but it wouldn't get eaten here as hubby says cous cous is "freakishly small" and refuses to eat it!

Lauren - you made me splutter with the 'freakishly small' comment. Most amusing.
