Meal Planning Monday

Although I will be cooking the dinners this week I won't actually be eating them. I've started Jenny Craig today to see if I can shed a few pounds ready for the Christmas season. I felt I'd lost my way a little and was struggling to lose weight so I'm hoping this is the kick up the bum that I need to sort myself out, once and for all.

I think because my goal is quite a few stone away (4) I end up giving up too easily but Jenny Craig has already taught me to set smaller goals and to reward myself on the way to success and reaching my overall target.

This weeks planner for the Mr and the Mini Mes...

Kievs, potato and veg
Toad in the hole
Fish, chips and peas
Spaghetti bolognese
Tuna Pasta

My planner (meals supplied by Jenny Craig)...

Vegetable and lentil dahl
Prawn Korma and rice
Chicken chasseur with potatoes
Beef goulash with potatoes
Three bean chilli

What's on your menu this week?

I'm linking this over with At Home With Mrs M.

  6. Good luck with the diet - the meals sound great. Take away the meat and it's pretty much the kind of menu we normally have. Hope you enjoy it.
