4oz icing sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Line an ovenproof tray.
- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl until it forms a soft dough.
- Roll out the dough to around 7mm in thickness and cut out your rounds (or other shapes if you wish).
- Place the biscuits onto the tray and cook for around 12 minutes until lightly browned.
