The Mini Mes Capture the Colour

Photography is the simultaneous recognition, in a fraction of a second, of the significance of an event.

- Henri Cartier-Bresson

Why should the adults be the only ones to capture those special moments on camera?
Seeing the world through the eyes of a child is something incredible. You can slowly learn about and understand how they view the littlest of things and you begin to realise what around them is significant.

I handed the reigns over to Minxy and Jamster with a brand new Fujifilm Finepix camera to take colour themed photos.
Here are the images they produced....

Blue

Bath time to me is the opportunity to clean, enjoy five minutes peace and relax!
Bath time to a child is the opportunity to have fun and explore bubbles, waves and water.
The Mini Mes love filling the sink and cleaning their toys too.

Green

For children grass represents outdoor play, bug hunting and adventures.
They love going in the garden with Spartan after school with a ball.

Yellow

Jamster is Minion mad so I wasn't surprised to find a shot of those in the collection!

White

Creativity in the form of chalk. Doodles on the patio by Minxy.

Red

Another photo with a fun and games theme.
Stretching, squishing, building with Skwooshi.

What do your children like to photograph?

This is our entry into the Kids Capture The Colour competition in association with Travel Supermarket and Venture Photography.

*We were provided with a Fujifilm Finepix JV500 camera to take part.*
