Mini Moment - Wild and Free

The evenings have been so warm over the past few days that it would be a waste not to go out and enjoy them. It may have meant the Mini Mes have had a few later bedtimes but the family fun and memories made have certainly been worth it. As the sun has set we have walked through overgrown fields playing 'I went to the shop and bought', ran around playing tag with each other until we were out of breath (me quicker than the rest) and we have walked the dog for miles.

Feeling the breeze in our hair is quite liberating and it doesn't cost a penny.

The obligatory random pose sibling pic

There have been many a moment when I've looked at them smiling, with the heat from above illuminating their faces, and realised just how lucky I am. How lucky I am to be a mum of two incredible little people and partner to a wonderful Mr.
We should never take what we have for granted but the times like this makes me appreciate them that little bit more.

With the summer holiday beginning in just a few days, I'm really looking forward to more time together and I'm cramming in as much work as possible to enable me to make the most of the six week break. As well as days out and several holidays organised we will be getting close to nature with picnics, days at the park and berry picking. Just us and the great outdoors.

Sometimes it's the mini moments like these that are the most special.

  9. I think just being in a empty field or park is the best fun you can have, we don't have a big garden so the kids love it when they can just run around in circles. They both look so happy and yes it's free so everyone is a winner ;) #magicmoments
