  36. I relax by pottering around in the garden - this week I've been out planting lots of spring/summer veg and a few crops ready for autumn/winter. I find it really relaxing to be digging away, planting and spending time out in the sun.

  101. We took my mum for a spa weekend for her sixtieth this year. She loved it and looked so well and relaxed afterwards I'd love to be able to take her again. She is always looking after other people, it's great to be able to treat her.

    I've recently started flute lessons and find playing a great way to relax.

  125. normally relaxing is going to bed and sleeping , on the rare occasion it might be a bath and and a pamper - i;d take my daughter , she's a student but always gives me great presents at birthday and christmas , she knows exactly what i love without having to ask , unlike my [artner who is still clueless after 12 years
