  1. Our Tilly (cat) follows me to the end of the road when I leave the house and is always waiting when I get back. I'm sure she must move in the day but she knows when I'm coming home!

My German Shephard once gave me a black eye, he kept jumping over me while I was sunbathing and kneed me in the nose, BUT I was doing a womens self defense course that weekend, and no-one would believe it was my dog, they all thought I was a battered housewife!!!

  8. Dogs x 2, good company for each other and the family. Still young, as oldest just over a year, so do get into mischief on occasions. Like searching visitors belongings, finding sweets and almost got away with eating them. We had just noticed that they both were not to be seen which is extremely unusual. On looking for them, both in guest room, and caught with the goodies (sweets) evidence. It was funny.

  65. We were given our Beagle, Bruce, 2 years ago, when his owners had to leave the pub they were managing and were unable to take him with them, he had got to know us well, staying with us at weekends when the pub was busy, and being thoroughly spoilt with cuddles and love.
Bruce started his life in a laboratory being tested on, and the first family he went to didn't treat him well and he had to go into Dog's Trust because he had become unmanageable. His previous owner's fell for his sad looks and took him home, and he eventually became a pub dog, and the main attraction for customers!
