Meet Erth's Lifesize Dinosaurs! – Be afraid! Flying in all the way from Australia, Erth’s Dinosaur Zoo will give you the chance to experience a host of awesome pre-historic creatures as you’ve never seen them before… up close and personal!
Son Et Lumiere Fireworks Extravaganza - Once again, Sunday night at Camp Bestival is gonna go out with a bang...and a crash and a lot of flashes as we present another epic grand finale by the amazing Son et Lumiere!
Freestyle Sports ParkPro Riders Open Sessions - The Freesports Park is back once again featuring displays from some of the most radical riders around. Why not join in on the open park freesports park sessions and ride the park alongside the pros. So if you have a board, bike or skates then bring them with you!
The Four Corners Treasure Hunt - Follow the tip-offs in your programme to traverse the Four Corners of Lulworth Castle and collect the customs of the people of this, our little Earth. Along the way you'll find things you could do, things you should do, things that folks already do do and things not even your dad knew.
Under the Dragon’s Wing’ Woodland Fire Trail - As dusk turns to the twinkling of night, look out for the friendly creatures of fire and shadow as Mechanical Menagerie’s strange and beautiful creations inhabit the beautifully redesigned Dingly Dell.
Boutique Camping Under The Stars - With a huge range of beautiful Tipis, Yurts, Squrts, Cloudhouses, Podpads and Bell Tents available to hire, camping has never been so luxurious and family friendly.
Medieval Jousting - Performed by Horses Impossible’s Knights of Lulworth Castle is a jaw-dropping sight to behold with thundering steeds, clashing lances and awesome horsemanship
The Greatest Sandpit Ever! Located in the kids’ garden just outside the Soft Play tent, this is the perfect engaging and chilled out activity to keep the family entertained whilst you have a sit down and take in the sights and sounds from the bandstand.
Falconry & Birds of Prey Display - Camp Bestival welcome the world famous Haven Falconry team, who will be giving you a unique chance to get up close and personal with the magnificent birds.
80 Games Around the World Tournament - After the stonking success of last year’s Silly Olympics games, interactive nonsense makers Lost & Found are back to host 80 Games Around the World in their purpose built ‘arena’ next to the Castle.
‘Wild Things’ Bushcraft Workshops Camp Bestival nature experts will be running a series of craft workshops, demos and talks on bushcraft, wilderness and woodland skills for all of the family.
Kawa Circus – Celebrating Camp Bestival’s Around The World theme, we’re delighted to welcome the return of the Kawa Circus who will be telling the story of a wandering troupe of artists with breathtaking acrobatic and incredible music.
Evening Campfires in the Soul Park – The cool and calming surrounds of the Soul Park offer a truly relaxing experience and this year things will be even better than ever with toasty evening Campfires to gather round.
Jurassic ‘Crime Scene Investigates’ - There has been a shocking dinosaur crime and it’s up to you to study all the evidence to unravel the mystery of what has happened! Look carefully at the fossils of dinosaur footprints, make notes, check your facts and scientific evidence and present your conclusion!
Shadow Puppetry and Storytelling in the woodland Story Den - Deep in the Dingly Dell, where the Dragon’s dwell, come and gather in the Story Den... Join Guy Parker-Rees reading Giraffes Can’t Dance, Sam Lloyd and her Monster Mates, Jonny Duddle introducing his Pirate friends and Laura Dockrill introducing Darcy Burdock, plus many more.
