Isn't it cold, brrrrr! However, as it's half term and we have lots of lovely things planned I'm not going to let the weather bother us, instead I shall be cooking up some filling, warming foods for dinner to keep us all snug...
Meatball bolognaise
Halloween themed hot buffet dinner
Slow cooked sausage and chorizo one pot
Bacon carbonara
At the weekend we are off to London to see Ice Age Live so we will probably have dinner out or pick something up while at the bonfire event in the evening. Sunday will be roast lamb with roast potatoes, veg, stuffing and gravy.
What's on your menu this week?
I have a REALLY easy recipe for bacon carbonara, and just 688 cals / serving:

Sounds delicious! I haven't had dumplings for years - you've inspired me to make some now!
ReplyDeleteInterested to know what your Halloween dinner consisted of. Love the sound of the rest of it.
ReplyDeleteIt will be pizza, chicken goujons etc but made to look scary by the way it's made/cut x
DeleteI love Carbonara and miss it! Not the same without the meat and dairy so I will just have to enjoy the idea of it instead.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Ice Age Live, sounds like fun.
That sounds lovely especially the sausage and chorizo
ReplyDeleteI am warm just reading them! Delicious meals :) Enjoy Ice Age :)
