However, now it is December I'm starting to get quite excited! I always take great pride in wrapping and I adore these beautiful gift wrap sets I picked up - funky festive brights...
I actually enjoy wrapping items and trying to present them beautifully regardless of getting tape and bows stuck pretty much everywhere. It's the giving part I really like and seeing people smile when they open something special that I have selected for them. I try to alter the colour scheme each year and these years is teal and fuschia to match the tree with some cute owls too.
The theme this week is 'It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.'
Great wrapping paper! I love wrapping the presents too I used to do mums for her when I lived at home x
ReplyDeleteLove the idea of matching paper. Ours is always a mix of this year's and last year's.
ReplyDeleteHubby will not even mention the 'C' word until December arrives. We don't do the tree until mid month. I can't cope with the dust! Have a great one!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous bright and funky wrap :) I can't believe the tree matches it! Do you change them every year? We bring out the same old tat every year!
ReplyDeleteI love wrapping too, I'm pretty much done, merry christmas xxx
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOD! OWLS!! WHERE DID YOU GET THAT?!?! Absolutely gorgeous wrapping paper!
ReplyDeleteI love your wrapping paper. My mum always buys really lovely wrapping paper.
ReplyDeleteLovely cheery wrapping paper - and you've reminded me that I need to get mine :o).
ReplyDeleteOoh that is lovely wrapping paper. I always buy mine in the sales in January!
ReplyDeleteThe matching wrapping paper is adorable! But I am not really gifted when it comes to wrapping gits (see what I did there :D?) so I usually go with bags...I know it makes half the excitement about the gift but I am hopeless in all manual issues. :(
ReplyDeleteGreat take on the theme this week. Love the wrapping paper.
ReplyDeleteI love co-ordinating my wrapping and take great pleasure in it too, this year I'm going for gold and red and can't wait to settle down with a Bailey's and Love, Actually on Christmas Eve.
ReplyDeleteNice paper! I have a festive lime green foil for most of ours this year :-)
ReplyDeleteI need me some of that owl paper!! Totally agree about the giving, it's what it's all about :)
ReplyDeleteWrapping the presents is one of my favourite things about Christmas, great paper.
