I'm yet to weigh in after last weeks slimming world themed planner but the healthier eating combined with a lot of walking has hopefully made me lighter for the scales! We stuck to the plan well bar a bbq - we had to enjoy the sunshine while it was here.
This weeks planner has a few meals repeated from last week and a few other bits added in that are quite quick to sort. With it being the summer holidays we seem to be out and about quite a lot so anything quick and easy is great until September.
Monday - Pizzas and salad
Tuesday - Mediterranean hot pot (slow cooker)
Wednesday - Fish with parsley sauce and veg
Thursday - Cajun Sausages
I'm leaving Friday, Saturday and Sunday free as it's our child free weekend and we may be heading to Drayton Manor for a friends birthday (depending upon the weather).
