I love writing lists. It's the OCD in me and it really helps to be organised, especially being a mum. When Red Candy got in touch and offered me the chance to review something from their website, I was excited to pick out this cute Hedgehog Chalkboard Sticker which is perfect for my 'to do' lists and meal planning in particular!
Delivery was swift and the sticker was rolled up, nicely protected, inside a cardboard tube complete with instructions, applicator and chalk. It went from backing paper to my wall in just a matter of minutes and was surprisingly easy to apply. The Mini Mes were keen to have it for themselves, being a sweet little woodland creature, but I thought it was best in the hallway where we could all make the most of it as a family... plus I adore it!
The sticker is made from matt vinyl and with a textured surface you can doodle away to your heart's content and add your notes and messages so you don't forget a thing. I personalised ours as soon as it was in place with pink chalk eye lashes and nails and popped on some bits and bobs I needed to remember over the next few days.
It is really useful to have and saves me time searching for a pen and paper!
It was bigger than I expected (60cm by 45cm) but means I can fit a lot on.
It was bigger than I expected (60cm by 45cm) but means I can fit a lot on.
Pros
Easy to apply
Saves on paper
Attractive and quirky
Good value
Good quality
Won't damage your paint if it needs to be removed
Cons
So far, none.
I've used the chalkboard every day since it arrived and now have my eyes on the other styles available including a robot version for Jamster's room!
