Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge... without peanuts!

Once again I've been cooking with WOW Butter, the amazing nut free alternative, ideal for those with allergies.

Chunky cubes of fudge are perfect wrapped up and presented as a foodie Christmas gift and this recipe makes around 40 delicious pieces.

Ingredients
125g butter
500g brown sugar
120ml milk
200g Wow Butter
1tsp vanilla flavouring
300g icing sugar
150g milk chocolate

Method
Line a baking tray approx 9" by 12" in size
Melt the butter in a pan on a low heat and then add the sugar and milk, stirring it in thoroughly
Boil for 2 minutes on a medium heat and remove from the hob
Stir in the Wow Butter, vanilla and chocolate until all the lumps have gone
Pour the mixture on top of the icing sugar and mix for a minute until smooth
Pour into the baking tray, allow to cool for 5 minutes and then place in the fridge for several hours to set
Slice into cubes
Scoff!

WOW Butter, a toasted soy spread, is Gluten and nut free.
It is surprisingly good and the smooth and crunchy varieties mean you can select the texture you prefer.

Will you be giving WOW Butter a go?
