Say Cheese!... and Cat Woman - Family Funny

If I had to choose between cheese and chocolate it would be a very close call. I probably eat far too much of both, and of food in general, and I love a good helping grated on top of most meals; cheese that is!

The Mini Mes often help with dinner, whether that's cooking it all by themselves while I supervise or just assisting with general bits and bobs, and while chopping some mature cheddar we began to discuss our favourite types of cheese.

Me: "My favourite is definitely Cheddar but I really like Feta in salad."

Minxy: "I like Red Leicester and Cheddar mostly, especially on toast. Babybel and Cheestrings are good for in my lunch box though aren't they."

Jamster: "Why do people have parma ham and jam on spaghetti bolognese though?"

I think he meant Parmesan which I explained is a type of cheese too!
I think he got his wires crossed somewhere!

----------

Then while eating dinner we began discussing the LEGO Movie which quickly moved onto Marvel which we are all fans of...

Me: "Isn't it strange how you have never seen me and Cat Woman at the same time."

Jamster: "Well you definitely aren't Cat Woman mum, she is much slimmer."

Thanks son!

What funny things have your little ones said this week?

  3. Mmmm I love cheese and chocolate too! Well today one of the twins, Isabella, decided to shout out in Tesco BeeBoos (boobies in Isabella talk!) as we walked past the bras! Luckily people weren't sure what she was saying but I think her pointing may have given it away lol! :-)

  18. Out of the mouths of babes! Haha at parma ham and jam, I love the things they get mixed up with... my daughter thought that 'from scratch' meant you bought things from a place called scratch and she wondered if it was a website on the internet! I had to explain that we were making pancakes from scratch which meant we were making the batter ourselves, not buying a batter mix from the shop!
