ReplyDeleteOn the rare occasion I get a chance I love to have a really hot bath and listen to an audiobook. It's really relaxing, especially just before bed.
ReplyDeleteThe chance to relax is a rarity in our house but I find lying in a dark room with headphones in listening to my favourite music is a great way to chill out and unwind.
